1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of a defective or damaged item.
  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:
    • Be unused and in its original condition.
    • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice/bill.
    • Be returned with proper outer packaging to prevent transit damage.

2. Return Procedure

If you have received a defective product:

  2. Mention your Order ID, describe the issue clearly, and if possible, attach a photo or video of the defect.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm the return eligibility.
  4. If approved, you will be required to ship the item back to us at the below address:

Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Items returned without prior confirmation.
    • Items returned after the 7-day return window.
    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

4. Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, wrong order placed, or product no longer needed.
  • In case the product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued, and you received a defective one, we may offer a suitable replacement or store credit if the same product is unavailable.
