🔁 Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • Products that have been installed, activated, or used are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Any product with physical damage caused by the customer will not be accepted
  • Once the product seal is opened and installation is attempted, it will be considered used

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If the product is defective or damaged
  • If a wrong item was delivered

👉 Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

📸 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund

🚚 Return Method

  • Returns are accepted by courier (by mail)
  • Customers must contact us to initiate the return and receive return instructions

🏷 Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • However, if the return is due to:
    • Defective product
    • Wrong product delivered

👉 We will bear the return shipping cost

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

👉 The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider

⛔ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Order Cancellation Charges – 500rs
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
